I have been sewing for years.  I sewed all my own clothes when I was in junior high and high school and I also sewed most of my 2 daughters clothes until they got into junior high and decided they didn’t want me to make their clothes anymore.  I learned how to quilt because my sister was a quilter and had a quilting book with a cat quilt I really wanted.  I asked her to make it for me and she said if I wanted it I should learn to quilt, so….. I did!!!  I made myself that cat quilt and I also made one for my best friend.  It is in my family room and is a conversation piece.  I have made a lot of quilts, especially baby quilts.  I give the baby quilts away to my friends that are having babies.  I have made throws and bed quilts for gifts for my family and wedding gifts.  I do have a few that I have in our house.  I love quilting and it gives me a lot of joy.  In the past year my friends keep telling me that my quilts are so cute and precious that I should start a business.  So here I am!!!!
